Tonight, the the Toronto Maple Leafs are playing the Nashville Predators, and Craig Berube has officially chosen his starting goaltender.

Overall, Joseph Woll and Anthony Stolarz have been on fire so far this season and it has put a lot of pressure on Berube as it pertains to picking the right goaltender for each game.

There are some fans out there who believe that Woll should be given the starting job outright, especially since he has won five games in a row.

Meanwhile, Stolarz put up an amazing performance against the Chicago Blackhawks where he turned aside 27 of 28 shots on goal.

Tonight, the Leafs are playing another weak opponent in the Nashville Predators, however, they cannot take them lightly.

No matter who they put into the goal tonight, there is no doubt that they are going to be a solid choice.

Joseph Woll starts over Anthony Stolarz

Well, according to David Alter, the most recent development out of practice today pretty much confirms the fact that Joseph Woll will be getting the start.

Considering the Leafs have been going with a 50/50 rule as of late, it only makes sense that Woll would get the start.

No matter what, this is going to be an interesting game tonight as Woll looks to prove why he should be the permanent starter, going forward.

The Maple Leafs are on a nice little roll right now as they have won nine of the last 11 games.

They also have a record of 15-7-2 and are atop the Atlantic Division where they compete with teams like the Florida Panthers and Tampa Bay Lightning.
