Team Canada head coach Jon Cooper witnessed his team fight three times in nine seconds against Team USA at the 4 Nations Face-Off and he has some opinions about it.

Last night's match was absolutely insane for a plethora of reasons, but mainly because of the fights that started off the match.

In the end, Team USA came away with the victory, and it was all thanks to a solid defensive game that was backstopped by goaltender Connor Hellebuyck.

On Monday, Team Canada will have to play against Team Finland and a regulation win will put Canada into the Final.

Jon Cooper has some big changes to make to the lineup, especially with the lack of offense over the last five periods.

However, the coach was also asked about fighting in the sport and what he thinks about all of it. As you will read, he has no problems with the activity.

«I didn't see anybody running for the exits.»

There has been a huge debate about fighting in hockey over the last few years but this is a pretty good indication of where the game is right now.

Cooper is one of the biggest names in the sport as far as coaches are concerned and if he thinks fighting is good, then so be it.

The fans in Montreal were having a wonderful time and for the most part, the 4 Nations Face-Off was the most viral sport on TV last night.

The NBA Skills Competition had nothing on the 4 Nations Face-Off and that is good news for the NHL.

Only time will tell if the finale of this tournament can be as iconic as last night's grudge match.
