Well, the Maple Leafs got some fantastic news this morning in Seattle as Mitch Marner was a full-participant during the morning skate.
According to David Alter of the Hockey News and Luke Fox of Sportsnet, the Maple Leafs superstar will be playing today, which is fantastic news for the squad.
Of course, the Maple Leafs are currently on a two-game winning streak that includes victories against the Edmonton Oilers and the Calgary Flames.
The team goes up against the Kraken tonight and then they are in Vancouver on Saturday to take on the Canucks before the 4 Nations Face-Off break.
If the Maple Leafs can manage to win all of these games, that would be huge for them as they look to take the lead in the Atlantic Division.
A four-game winning streak would just be sensational for momentum and fans should be very excited about the prospect.
Meanwhile, Marner being back in the lineup is just a good thing overall for the health of the team going forward.
