However, the game started out pretty abysmally thanks to the anthem singer in charge of O Canada.
As you will see in the clip down below, the singer added her own flair to the track and even invented some lyrics on the spot.
Overall, it was a truly awful version of the anthem that has been destroyed all over social media, with Canadians describing just how much they hated it.
Not to mention, there were plenty of boos raining down all throughout TD Garden which certainly added insult to injury.
Ultimately, this is one of the biggest games in the history of hockey, and fans are energized for the match.
