Team Canada won the 4 Nations Face-Off on Thursday and Brad Marchand delivered a spectacular performance that led to him embarrassing the Tkachuk's.
Brad Marchand is feeling pretty good right now as Team Canada won the 4 Nations Face-Off after a hard-fought final against Team USA.
During the tournament, the Boston Bruins captain went toe-to-toe with guys like Matthew Tkachuk and Brady Tkachuk who were easily the biggest chirpers all tournament.
Brad Marchand roasts the Tkachuks
The Tkachuks ended up looking pretty foolish due to their comments in the media and Marchand made sure to make them feel bad about it.
In the comments below, the Bruins superstar noted that sometimes, being a bit too eager in the media leads to embarrassment, and he was exactly right.
"They're great players and there's not many guys in the league that play the way they do and they're extremely effective, but when you start giving teams ammo, it can work against you as well."
Canada and the U.S do not like each other and last night's game was just the perfect example of that.
However, there were no fights in this one, which is certainly interesting when you think about the Round Robin matchup.
The stakes were at their highest and Connor McDavid came through with an incredible snipe to win Canada the game.
It came on a play that few were expecting and Mitch Marner just so happened to be the guy to set it all up.
