Auston Matthews and Matthew Knies have both been out of the Maple Leafs lineup with injuries, although Knies has only been out for two games while Matthews has been out for nine.

The two forwards were giving fans some hope as they both played on the same line with William Nylander at practice on Friday.

As Fox reported, Berube confirmed that Knies and Matthews will be in the lineup, which should come as music to the ears of Leafs nation.
In his first 13 games this season, Auston Matthews was able to score five goals while adding another six assists.
It is not the pace fans are used to, however, the injury was considered a factor that was slowing him down.
As for Knies, he was doing quite well to start the year as he had eight goals and another four assists.
The Maple Leafs have won seven of their last nine and despite Matthews' absence, the team still leads the Atlantic Division with a record of 13-7-2.
