Toronto Maple Leafs forward Mitch Marner is back in the lineup tonight against the Seattle Kraken and Craig Berube has decided to force some new lines as a result.

Tonight is going to be massive for the Maple Leafs as both Mitch Marner and Anthony Stolarz are coming back to the lineup.

In the case of Marner, he was only absent for one game. However, the star goaltender had been gone since December and the Leafs were looking forward to his return.

When Marner was out of the lineup, Max Domi was promoted to the top line and showed a ton of potential.

Consequently, Berube has decided to keep that line the same, going forward.

As a result, Marner will slot in on the second line with William Nylander and John Tavares. This is an explosive line that could do some serious damage.

Bobby McMann, Pontus Holmberg, and Nick Robertson will share the third line, while Max Pacioretty has been placed on the fourth line with David Kampf and Steven Lorentz.

Ryan Reaves is out of the lineup tonight, although this is not much of a surprise considering how his season has gone.

Tonight's game is the second to last before the 4 Nations Face-Off break. The Leafs will play the Vancouver Canucks on Saturday.

If the Leafs can pull off the win tonight, they will have won three in a row.
