DeAngelo has 210 points in 371 career NHL games which is pretty decent production.
DeAngelo's problems have been a combination of his defensive play and his relationship with his teammates.
There have been various stories about the defenseman being a locker-room problem, whether due to his politics or issues with authority.
DeAngelo is someone who is actually extremely polarizing in the hockey community and there are some fans who believe he doesn't deserve another chance in the National Hockey League.
