Team Canada and Team USA are set to go up against one another in the 4 Nations Face-Off and there is no doubt that this is going to be a game for the ages.

Wednesday night was special as Team Canada won its 4 Nations Face-Off debut in overtime against Team Sweden.

The following night, Team USA blew out Team Finland by a score of 6-1 and it became clear that the Americans are the class of the tournament.

If Team Canada wants to keep up on Saturday, the team is going to need to inject a bit more physicality into the lineup.

It seems as though head coach Jon Cooper understands this better than anyone as Sam Bennett was getting third line reps at practice on Friday, while Travis Konecny was demoted as an extra.

This is a move that Team Canada fans were hoping for, and Cooper has delivered. After all, he is a coach who has won two Stanley Cups and knows how to win.

Canada and the United States are the two countries favored to win the tournament and it is very likely that this will be a preview for the final match.

After this game, Canada gets to take on Finland while the United States will play against Sweden squad that lost to Canada in overtime.

Overall, the tournament has been pretty good so far and the fans have been treated to some amazing hockey.

Hopefully, the rest of the games are able to live to up to the hype. It bodes well for the World Cup of Hockey, which will return in 2026.
