are a proud hockey club and they were not enthused after Seth Jarvis' snub by Team Canada at the 4 Nations Face-Off on Monday.

Seth Jarvis is one of the many deserving forwards who was selected to play for Team Canada at the 4 Nations Face-Off.

However, after quiet games against Sweden and Team USA, the Carolina Hurricanes center was a healthy scratch against Finland, alongside Thomas Harley.

Canada ended up winning the game by a score of 5-3, although it was more of a blowout than the score would let on.

Now, Team Canada gets a rematch against Team USA in the Championship Game of the 4 Nations Face-Off.

While fans are happy about this outcome, there is at least one party that is frustrated with what happened to Jarvis on Monday.

Of course, that party is the Carolina Hurricanes, who took to Twitter following Canada's announcement, saying "this is stupid."

Jarvis has been pretty good this season with 22 goals and 45 points in 49 games with the Hurricanes.

However, if one thing is for certain, it is that once you start playing at the International level, things become a lot more difficult. Best-on-best hockey is absolutely no joke and even good players get benched.

Team Canada will be playing Team USA for the 4 Nations Face-Off title on Thursday and it is up in the air whether or not Jarvis will be able to get himself back into the lineup.

It is a tough lineup to crack and after a win against Finland, head coach Jon Cooper might be feeling a bit shy as it pertains to changing up his team's lines.

Whatever the case may be, this tournament has been absolutely epic and we cannot wait to see how it all plays out in the end.
