Toronto Maple Leafs head coach Craig Berube had some very interesting comments about Nicholas Roberston that could very well alter the team's strategy going forward.
Nick Robertson is a player who has gone through all kinds of struggles this season and it has led to rumors that the Maple Leafs may trade him at the upcoming deadline.
However, in the last two games, the forward has managed to score three goals and he is also playing a much grittier game that could translate well to the postseason.

While speaking to Sportsnet reporter Luke Fox, Robertson addressed some of the trade rumors and whether or not it bothers him.
As for his head coach Craig Berube, Robertson received a huge co-sign that may just discourage general manager Brad Treliving from shipping the winger out at the deadline.
Speaking of that physicality, some of Robertson's teammates have noticed his shift in mentality.
For Robertson, it's just about being a more dynamic player and being a guy who is always confident out on the ice, regardless of the situation.
Hopefully, the young forward can keep this up. However, don't be surprised if he ends up traded anyway. The Leafs are looking to do something big and Robertson is likely to be a target of multiple teams.
