William Nylander offers surprising reaction to Craig Berube's recent rant
Last night, the Toronto Maple Leafs lost to the Ottawa Senators and head coach Craig Berube was not a huge fan of what he was seeing from his team.
As we reported earlier today, Berube unleashed on his team and went on a profanity-laced rant that was actually quite intense.
It was certainly justified when you consider how the Senators were absolutely beating up on the Leafs all evening long and won by a score of 3-1.
After the game, Leafs superstar William Nylander was asked about the game and how it all went down. Nylander was even asked about Berube's outburst.
Nylander actually had a very interesting answer about all of this. In fact, he said he initially didn't know what his head coach was even talking about.
However, he did make sure to clarify that he thinks that kind of thing is very important.

Tonight, the Maple Leafs and Nylander will need to step up their game as they take on the Washington Capitals.
The Capitals are a much better team than the Senators and even boast a record of 10-4. Ultimately, it should be a very interesting game for the Leafs who will be starting Joseph Woll.
This season has been filled with ups and downs for the Leafs so far. However, they certainly have the pieces to have a truly engaging and successful season.
The next few weeks will be a great litmus test for this team. As long as they can remain top three in the Atlantic Division, they should be alright.
