The original report claimed that Bissonnette was at Houston's restaurant in Scottsdale, Arizona.
Some men got rowdy and when Bissonnette went over to handle the situation, he got jumped.
It was also reported that he had been hospitalized but was facing non-life-threatening injuries. Needless to say, a shocking story.
Amid the reports, Biz took to social media where he set the record straight and explained to the people out there what really went down.
Everyone was very curious to know if he was okay or not, and as it turns out, he was. Although as he explained, the story was quite harrowing, indeed.
Essentially, there were about six or seven golfers in the restaurant who were quite inebriated.
Eventually, they began to get a bit rowdy and reckless in the bar area. The owner of the restaurant cut them off from more drinks, and that is when one many put his hands on the owner.
Bissonnette wasn't going to sit idly by as this happened so he went over and tried to deescalate.
However, that is when the men started swinging and the altercation eventually led to a beatdown outside. Biz says he was knocked to the ground and got some boots to the head.
While he was never knocked out, he was shaken up quite a bit and went to the hospital just to make sure he was okay.
Meanwhile, he believes that these men should have their names out there. He was absolutely livid, and understandably so.
This kind of behavior is absolutely unacceptable, and with the men facing assault and disorderly conduct charges, there is no doubt that consequences are on the way.
