Morgan Rielly hits massive milestone only touched by two other Maple Leafs legends
Toronto Maple Leafs defenseman Morgan Rielly is one of the best players on this Leafs team and the fans love him.
Overall, Rielly has been a beacon of consistency for the Maple Leafs over the past few years.
Last night, Rielly was having himself a great game with the Leafs as they took on the Montreal Canadiens. The final score was 4-1, and fans were happy with how the Leafs played, at least for the most part.
As for Rielly, he got an assist on a goal scored by William Nylander. Nylander is one of the best goal-scorers on this Leafs team, so it should come as no surprise that he was able to notch a goal.
Rielly's assist was a huge one as it gave him a nice milestone. Essentially, he now has 400 career assists. He is now the third Leafs defenseman to ever reach such a mark.

Rielly is someone who is extremely well-respected by the Maple Leafs. When his career is all said and done, there is a very real possibility that he finishes as the best defenseman in the history of the team.
That said, many Leafs fans are more focused on the fact that the team continue to dominate the ice. They are on a three-game winning stream and remain second in the Atlantic division.
