Nick Robertson's troubles with the Toronto Maple Leafs have fans very concerned
Toronto Maple Leafs forward Nick Robertson has had a disappointing start to the season following a summer of uncertainty that almost culminated in a full-on trade.
Over the past few games, Robertson has been a scratch. This has sparked a ton of questions around Craig Berube and his lineups. Some feel as though Robertson is not getting a fair shake, especially when you consider how Reaves is getting into the lineup.
Quite simply, it is clear that Berube values Reaves a whole lot more. This is not good for Robertson's future, and fans are definitely starting to get a bit concerned.
Below, you can see some of the responses to what happened. Many are fed up with the playing time that Reaves keeps getting. Meanwhile, others just want to see Robertson get an actual chance.
"Berube seems allergic to dressing the best possible lineup. We aren't going to win a game because Reaves was there."

None of this bodes particularly well for Robertson, who has been trying very hard to show that he belongs in the NHL. Now, it seems like Robertson could be subjected to a trade. After all, if the Leafs don't play him, then he will likely want to go elsewhere.
